[RESOLVE] ERROR: Could not find a valid gem ‘jekyll’ (>= 0), here is why:

Issue to resolve SSLv3 problem on Windows 8
c:\RubyDevKit>gem install jekyll
ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'jekyll' (>= 0), here is why:
Unable to download data from https://rubygems.org/ - SSL_connect retur
ned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed (
https://rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz)
Resolve this by using the non-ssl http instead of https
c:\RubyDevKit>gem install jekyll  --source http://rubygems.org
